Thank you for shopping on beakey.net. 

Online purchase made through beakey.net can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date.

Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.

All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. You are welcome to make an exchange as long as it is in stock or alternatively get a refund.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.

Any addresses on the parcel is not approved as return address. Returned package without authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged.

We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned. Return shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable.

Return/exchange Process

Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.

Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at service@beakey.net to request the exchange/return. 

Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return. 

Step 3: You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.

Order Cancellation

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit a help ticket from Contact Us at service@beakey.net once your decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fees. We will process the refund within a week after receiving your return package. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
